Anti-Spam Policy
What is Spam?
SPAM :: "Unsolicited commercial email. The name comes from a Monty Python sketch where a small restaurant sells a variety of meals, each containing varying amounts of a spongey pink meat called spam(tm)."
That's the dictionary definition, but what does it really mean?
Spam is sending unsolicited e-mails, also known as junk mails or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email.) It is contrary to sending permission-based emails to a list of contacts that have provided their e-mail address to you for sending them information. Spam-mails not only invades upon a person's privacy, but also are irrelevant and often offensive. It is observed that spam emails do not have the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
eMailCampaigner supports ONLY permission-based email marketing and research practices. The following discloses our information collection and use practices for our website.
eMailCampaigner encourages creation of Opt-in Contact List
Free Opt-in List Building - eMailCampaigner has the feature of website integration. You can now save unlimited number of subscribers from the 'Opt-in' Form at your website directly in your contact list at eMailCampaigner.
Referrals - You can add "Subscribe now'' or "Forward it to friend'' below every mail campaign and increase the opt-in chances. Referral marketing succeeds more than a regular email campaign because email referrals create a personal touch, is pertinent and of interest to the recipient. eMailCampaigner promotes sending referrals as it encourages people to send viable emails and attaches their personal information and email address to it so any reply email goes back to the sender.
eMailCampaigner is a permission-based e-mail marketing tool and strictly observes anti-spam policies
Un-Subscription Policy - Every e-mail sent through eMailCampaigner contains an un-subscription link, and when a User un-subscribes from the list, the contact list is automatically updated to completely negate the possibility of sending unwanted emails to people unsubscribing from your website or through your campaign.
